Repair jargon

The terminology used by the repair community is quite diverse, and we try to grasp it in different language. The fact that we investigate shops in Switzerland, in cities such as Geneva, Lausanne and Zürich, where people speak many different language makes it interesting, as their repair people need to explain their work across cultures. Here are some terms we heard on the field.
